Firstly, get off the scales until weigh in!! Your body fluctuates in weight from one day to the next so you will be surprised when you go to class. Secondly you lost a huge amount in your first week back, so this weeks loss will be smaller. Yes, whilst on Ee you may have smaller losses than on any other plan, but if EE works for you, then keep at it. I find that if I keep weighing more than once a week, my mood sways to reflect it.

I agree with Mrs V. Don't weigh yourself. As she said weight can fluctuate up to 4 or 5 pounds daily. Only weigh at WI, as that will give you a true picture.
Since I started SW this time, I have only been doing EE. I lost 4.5 pounds the first week and stayed the same the following 2 weeks. At the time I was gutted as I stuck to the plan but it was probably the body adjusting and the weight did start moving after that.
For me EE is the best plan and I will stay with it, even if it maybe a little slower but checking my previous records I am losing at the same rate as I did on red and green.
Good luck with your next WI, but I am sre you'll be just fine.
EE seems to be getting a bit of bad press these days! If EE didn't work then SW wouldn't even have introduced it.

I agree with the others, stop weighing yourself mid week, wait until your official weigh in. EE will not make you put on weight, none of the plans will!

People blame the following - bananas, muller lights, green days, EE...... none of these things will make you gain weight. The only things which will are overeating, not following the plans correctly, hormones (damn them!) and medical conditions. See Starlight's post (this diet doesn't work.......fab post!)

On my food diary it may not look like I eat a lot but my portions are big and I eat until I am well and truly full but not stuffed. If I follow EE then I do make sure I have a third of my plate filled with superfree foods which is what SW recommend for good weight losses.

Stick with it, keep off the scales and you will see the results!

I eat heaps.

I don't have enough time in the day to write a food diary because I eat so much, so maybe you are not seeing the full picture.

Regardless, I lose weight at a constant rate of about 1lb a week I did this on red/green last year and have stuck to ee ever since it was introduced and still lose the same.

Maybe you need to relax and try not to analyse things too much- SW works on a long-term basis. You won't see the scales move day to day, so don't look. Look on it as a lifestyle choice not a diet and commit yourself changing your lifestyle- there are diets that work quicker, but I would argue that on SW I have learned to change my eating habits forever, which is far more important that how much weight I have lost since yesterday.
