Up and down for 3 weeks:-(

3 weeks now and not feeling that good today :-(
Lost 9 pounds but went out last night and it was one of those situations where I had to eat (or so I like to tell myself...) today struggle to diet and had food I shouldn't. Finding it too hard sometimes and can't get focus. Reading this site helps me though and I do really feel there is nowhere else where I would feel this comfortable talking about it. I like to think I'm an intelligent woman and I can be rational and do this but I guess it's in my head not in my stomach. Tomorrow is another day and determined to go back strong. Feeling better already :)

Got back on the diet yesterday after a bad Friday and Saturday. Checked this morning and have not put on weight and that is good. :)
Still 2.5 stone to go so head up and positive thinking.
The bars don't taste that good anymore but the shakes, porridges and soups still ok so will keep thinking of the end and how happy I'll bee when I loose it all.
