here are my last 4 weigh ins
24/3 + 1/2
31/3 -1
7/4 +1/2
14/4 -1/2

If I am not careful I am going to get so fed up I am going to fall off the wagon in those 4 weeks I have had 1 day where I went a bit off that was easter Sunday and one day where I had 19 syns (Planned cuz went on a day trip) but the next day I had less to make up for it the rest of the time I am 100%. I still have a stone to go so why have I slowed down so much now? I have started a diary on here if anyone can see anything wrong

Hmmmm perhaps your like me and cant tolerate the high crabs in your diet. I am not the only one that seems to have this problem either. I love doing EE, but I have to keep my carb quantities low.

It shows you the difference in diets, when you see my OH can eat her quantities normally, following the plan, and loses (she lost 4 1/2 Ib's last week) and I have to eat half the amount she does to lose. Yet we both eat the same thing!

So it shows you how different our bodies are!

thanks for the link quite funny :D but not me ive never been one to pick leftovers or pick when I am cooking in fact if I am cooking and someone comes and picks I get really wound up about it cuz it spoils the enjoyment of sitting down to eat if you have been picking at it while cooking and leftover kids meals makes my stomach churn it all goes in the bin and I never eat out or buy coffee out been trying to rack my brains as to what it is I weigh my HeB maybe occasionally I dont with my bran flakes/ all bran but that is only occasional with my others I always weigh.
Maybe it is the carbs but to me I dont really think I eat too many if I have chips its usually one large or 2 small potatoes and pasta is enough to spread in a single layer on a medium size dinner plate. I thought the added exercise would make a difference this week but maybe not :/. Not sure about the cons scales either one week I got on it said I had gained a 1lb and someone said move them and get back on joking so I did and they showed I had only gained half think the floor is a little uneven. Cuz at home my scales weigh a pound heavier than the cons yet last night they were the same.
Oh well maybe next week i will get my 2 stone sticker 1lb to go!!!
One the plus side as there always has to be one I have lost a total of 12" from my bust waist and hips :D

Wow excellent Inchloss! It could be the extra exercise you have added as the muscles retain water while they are developing... or something I am not a biologist lol, but I do know that they hold onto some water so you might notice a bigger loss in the future :) Remember that the scales are not the be all and enda all to getting the body you want to get.

I struggled for 2-3 months, was really good but just wasn't going anywhere 1/2lb on then off for ages. I started drinking lots of water 3 weeks ago, try to have at least 1.5ltrs a day and have lost 6.5lb in 3 weeks! Wouldn't hurt to try drinking more water.

My weight loss has been similar lately, but I'm blaming it on Easter and being naughty too often. I just can't get myself motivated lately.
