up way to early

    slept great till 3 am, then wide awake, lay until 5 am decided to get up so already been awake 8 hrs,grrr, don't you hate it when this happens, got to go into town, and really don't want to:cry:

    When that happens to me, I get up, have a hot drink & read for a while then go back to bed. It usually works. I agree though, it's vexing & puts your body clock out of kilter. Hope you sleep well tonight.
