Hi all,

Just to let you know I've accumulated quite a few RC recipes in the very short time I've been doing the plan! So I'm going to spend my free time updating the recipes folder. There will be some that you already have in your book, but I think it's good to have them all in one place!

Please keep a look out for new recipes coming shortly and let me know what you think!
