urgent - cottage cheese?

Hi there,

Can anybody confirm that I have read & understood this correctly from my book, that low fat cottage cheese (or is it very low fat) is FREE on green/EE ?

If anyone can get back to me asap that'd be great as I am sending hubby for some on his way home work

OR

are there any good toppings from tesco that could be used on a jacket potato
