Hard to tell. You shouldnt have done too much damage to your loss with it being chicken and melon, and might have saved ketosis because it isn't carby, however you may have come out of ketosis and could feel hungry for a few days. Each person is different. Just be happy it wasn't pizza etc.

Look, we all have slip ups. The main thing is not to dwell on it. Keep you head up, look past it and keep shakin! If you think of doing it again, think of this experience and dont.

At least this is out of your system now and you can move on!

:( not sure - maybe the chicken would be "ok" but not sure about the fruit as some do have a bit of carbs in. Maybe because its mostly water you might be ok - does your breath still smell and do you still have a funny taste in your mouth ? :)

TO be honest until weigh in you prob won't know. BUT, move on from the slip - recognise what made you do it and think of ways for it not to happen again.

Best of luck and don't be too hard on yourself - we are all human after all!!

following it for the rest of the week 100% should still hopefully mean you lose :)

Thank you , I have contacted LT and they, along with you, have re-assured me that this is a blip and move on.. so I am. Have got my new sachets and am back on track. thanks everyone Lisa x

that's the important thing - to move on from a blip and don't let it lead to a series of them.

Move on and don't let it happen again as you are doing soooo well. If you ever feel yourself going to blip again, come on here and we'll all shake our fists! X
