Hard to tell. You shouldnt have done too much damage to your loss with it being chicken and melon, and might have saved ketosis because it isn't carby, however you may have come out of ketosis and could feel hungry for a few days. Each person is different. Just be happy it wasn't pizza etc.
Look, we all have slip ups. The main thing is not to dwell on it. Keep you head up, look past it and keep shakin! If you think of doing it again, think of this experience and dont.
At least this is out of your system now and you can move on!
not sure - maybe the chicken would be "ok" but not sure about the fruit as some do have a bit of carbs in. Maybe because its mostly water you might be ok - does your breath still smell and do you still have a funny taste in your mouth ?
