    going to a very nice pub for a friend's birthday dinner but looking at the menu I'm really stuck on what looks the most SW friendly... this rarely happens. I can go for any day today as have had a completly neutral breakfast... please help!

    I would go for

    Asparagus, Serrano ham and crispy poached egg 5.95

    Roast guinea fowl, puy lentils, peas, bacon, baby potatoes 15.95
    Fillet steak garni, watercress, confit tomato, grilled flat mushroom and frites

    But ask to change the frites to a baked pot or normal pots
