    going to a very nice pub for a friend's birthday dinner but looking at the menu I'm really stuck on what looks the most SW friendly... this rarely happens. I can go for any day today as have had a completly neutral breakfast... please help!

    I would go for a red day choosing the lamb kofta's starter followed by either steak, chicken or a fish dish with salad on the side :) I would also allow extra syns for it as its not going to be cooked SW friendly as we would at home ;)
