Use of pp's

Does anyone think it makes a difference how you spend your pp's? For example the other day I used 8 of mine of ww choccy bars and felt a bit naughty but I had a really bad choc craving! Do you think this would make a difference to weight loss or should it not matter as long as you stay within your budget? :confused:

it shouldn't matter. they are there to use as we wish.... its approx 1pp to 40 kcal ... so 40 kcal of bread should be about the same as 40 kcal of chocolate and 40 kcal of potato, ect. :)

obviously some things you eat will weigh less then others though on your body e.g. if you have 8pp of light UHT Cream it would weigh less on your body then an 8pp Jacket Potato ! :)

Thanks for that, I lost 4 and half pounds tonight at my 1st weigh in so it didnt do that much damage x
well done, that's great, keep up the great work ! ... i have WI in the morning ! so after an unexpected gain last week i'm hoping for a good week this week :D
