Using syns

Some people's losses actually slow down when they have too few syns.

I always save syns for the weekend so that I can have a drink. On the odd occasion I haven't done this I haven't noticed much difference in weight loss. However my average weekly loss is well under a lb. My last half stone took 14 weeks to shift. Despite that I'm very happy with my weight loss as I've still lost an enormous amount of weight and thoroughly enjoyed myself while doing so. If I gave up my alcohol I would then feel deprived and like I was on a restricted diet. You could try experimenting with saving some syns for the weekend and if you're happy with your losses then you can carry on.
