Using WW to maintain

Hi everyone

I am currently in the middle of losing weight with LIghter Life and have about two stone until I hit goal. With that in mind I would love to find out how feasible WW is to maintain a weight and also how many points you would get for a weight of 10st. I am 5,4 and not sure how to work it out! WW would def be my maintenance woe lifestyle as it allows everything and all types of food which is what I am looking for

Not 100% sure but worked it out to be 32 pp to maintain plus 49 weekly points,hope that helps :)

Thanks honeybee! What are the weekly points? Is this an extra allowance, I thought it was just daily points allowance! I think its changed lots since I last looked at it :) x

With the new pp you have pp each day and 49 to use for special occasions or spread them over the week for ex each day but don't forget every item of food has to be calculated on the new pp x x
