Puddings valentines biscuits

Made these for taster evening tomorrow for valentines ideas. Yummy xx

198g plain flour
6 Tsp ground ginger
8 Tsp ground cinnamon
57G flora light
6Tbsp artificial sweetner
2 Small Eggs

Flight to coat baking tray

For the top i used 1Tbsp icing sugar made up with red food colouring.

Mix flour and spices. Add butter to make breadcrumbs then add sweetner. Mix eggs separate then add them. Need to make a dough and roll out on a floured surface. Cut out i used hearts bake for 10_15 mins on gas 4 or 180' when cool use a spoon to "dye" the biscuits. This isn't icing them just dying them.

Makes 30 at 1.5 syn each xx

I've just made some more. This time i made them with smaller cutters and left them in over for longer about 20-25 mins. I also added more cinnamon and ginger. Mmmmmmmm nicer xx

Add more marg sweetner n spices and bake them for longer xx
