Hi there! I really need this challenge to help me get back on track.

I honestly can't remember what I weighed last Thursday but I'd put 4lb on over Christmas. I got my 2.5 stone award a while back and I'm currently about 9lb over that (will work this out on Thursday and amend accordingly lol). I really want back to this so I can seriously get going again. I've wasted enough time & money just coasting along!

The 2 things that really spring to mind as my main tips are:

1) Plan ahead, I plan 7 days ahead so I only have the stuff in the house I need and I don't have to make meals from the top of my head with ten minutes notice!!

2) keep checking in on here - Im not going to lie and say I havent fallen off the wagon a couple of times but everyone one on here has helped me back on which I couldn't have done on my own :)

I'd like to join too if thats ok, i'll be brave and say i'd like to lose 10lb by valentines day. Not going to see my hunny until end of march but 10lb by valentines day will see me almost a third of the way to target :)

Right, had WI, lost 1/2, which leaves me with a 1.5lb gain over Christmas and New Year - I can live with that! However, that leaves me wanting to lose 8lbs by Valentine's Day....
I do only tend to lose 0.5-1lb a week, but I reckon I can do this :)

Got weighed yesterday so today is 'supposed' to be my first day back on plan BUT i'm still on the Christmas cake and chocolates. HELP!!
Do any of you guys who want to lose 10lb for valentines want a diet buddy? I could really do with the extra support to get back on track. x
 
Well I weighed and omg - 14st o lb. heaviest I have been. Going to plan now what eat - think I shall make the SW ham & egg muffins for work tomorrow. Good luck everyone

Glad to see everyone is getting off to a good start and hi everyone!

I'm having a rubbish day! Forgot my lunch!

Have 2 Alpen lights which I can have as my B and 2 bananas.

I have some curry super noodles which I believe are 3 1/2 on green? Anyone know for definate?

Anyone got my good ideas for green teas? X
