Don't beat yourself up Miss Thomas you have done fantasticly so far, 30lb since September wow. I've not been weighed yet this week but I know I've put on again. Sick of this seesaw I want to get off. STS would be bliss at the moment. x

Anyone know how many syns is in chop suey and fried rice from Chinese!!!

I bloody enjoyed it, only had half a portion of each though as I shared it. But now I'm wondering how many syns do I need to pull back before weigh in!! Had only had 2 syns today (before Chinese) though
