Valentine's Day

My next mini-goal is going to be Valentine's Day. It's a decent length of time to shift a stone in, and hopefully by then I'll be down a dress size as well

I have no idea how to go about setting up a weightloss challenge, but would be very glad of the company if anyone wants to join in.

So here's hoping. At least a stone banished forever by then

Thanks Shanny I'll set a 14lb target to start with, but if it looks like I'm going to reach it ok, I'll add a bit extra on. I don't think my weightloss this month will be like it's always going to be, so I'm braced for more of a struggle.
