Vally foods frozen chicken

Does any1 no if vally foods frozen chicken fillets has any syn values? It says on the packet "with added water" I'm on extra easy diet, thank you .

If it is just added water, then it will be free (there probably won't be any visible fat, but if so you should cut it off). To be sure, look at the ingredients list on the packet - the small print on the back - just to check if it mentions any oil or fat or other ingredients other than chicken.

When looking at food packaging remember - what's on the front is advertising, the real information is on the back!
