Been on my SW journey on & off a long time, woke up this morning and thought 'thats it, have to do this from today or I'll never be thin again' so here goes....

Lunch ~ Soup (butternut squash, carrots, onions, garlic, Napolina passata with peppers & chilli, red pepper, ginger, sweet potatoes) 2x nimble toasted & bacon, red sauce (1 syn)
