Prawn chow mein restaurant size is 9. Can be double that for a takeaway size so veg chow mein should be between 7 & 14 depending on whether it serves one or two! Hope that helps!

Thanks ukgal I think your right to double it for a takeaway its a huge portion with loads of noodles in it, If i have a takeaway i dont use my weeklys they are my back up if I go over x
