Sorry i'm not sure but you would only need to syn the sauce, see it's in these situations where i get confused and end up losing track with my food diary. I would probably end up guessing the syn value!

My book says veg curry av serving 12.5 on red, 9.0 on green
veg jalfrezi av serving 7.5 on both - will be going for that myself next time!
