Veg in Blackbean sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope this is in the right place!

Could someone PLEASE let me know, is Veg in black bean sauce high in fat?
As i ordered this last night thinking it would be quite a healthy option amidst everyone elses crispy beef and deep fried chicken!
(I'm on orlistat-xenecial) and thought it would be low in fat, yet my side effects say different!
HELP!!!

it's high fat compared to regular food you make yourself (ALL takeout food is high in fat regardless) but its likely one of the best options you could have made, so I wouldn't worry too much.
