Veg Soup

Hi all

I have been out a few times recently and have had vegatable soup for starters - just wonder if you would syn it? Not sure if they resturant adds packet soup or how it is made.

Next time ask and say that you are on a special diet and you need to know what is in it...

Thanks for the reply. If its made with packet soup how many syns would you allow?

I think the problem is you don't know for sure how it is made and what ingredients are used. If you get a soup from wetherspoons or the m&s cafe then they come in at about 10 syns
