Please share your favourite vegetable soup recipes. I really want to have a bowl of soup before each meal this week, thank you

I use.... onion, leek, carrot, bns & broccoli. 2 veggie stock cubes & boiling water. Cook it all up & liquidise. This makes it syn free on all plans

Check the link for my recipe book, lots of soups on there, most are vegetarian friendly! if there is something that you don'e eat then leave it out!

If I roast vegetables (free veg) in the spray light then blend im guessing it would make syn free soup correct?
