Vegetables on Atkins

Hi. I seem to still be able to eat a lot of vegetables on Atkins within my 20g... yesterday I have aubergine, asparagus and spinach with my brekkie, lettuce and cucumber with my lunch and then cabbage, asparagus and pak choi with my dinner.

I was within my 20g I made sure of that but I was wondering if maybe I am having too many vegetables and this is slowing my weight loss?

So far I have lost 4 lbs in nearly 2 weeks. I lost 6 lbs in the first 3 days, then put 2 back on and since last Tuesday my weight hasnt changed at all!!!

I think it's because you don't really have that much to lose Becca, you will lose slower than someone who has a lot more to get rid off.
