just made this and it is yum .........

you need

80/100 grams pasta 6/8 pp
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
punnet of mushrooms 0 pp
tin of tom's
spray oil
salt and pepper
dried herbs

boil pasta
chop onion,crush cloves,chop mushrooms and dry fry for 5/10 min's add mushroom's,pasta and dried mixed herbs and cook for 20 mins ....

mmm sounds yummy - I think I will make this tonight; I have some wholemeal pasta lying around AND mushrooms in the fridge how good is that!
