Vending Machine Coffee

Hi all

Pls could someone help me with the syn values on vending machine coffee?

I usually (at work) have the extra white coffee option and I'm assuming there would be syns as these machines use whitener?

If anyone could help me with this that would be great.

Whiteners are awful, so high in glucose - but they do taste good!

I've switched to having black coffee, and taking some of my HEX skim milk allowance in with me to use, but you can also take skim milk powder and use, though it's often better made liquid before adding to hot drinks. Don't know the syns for that way though.
