Venison Sausages on PP day

Hi

Are venison sausages allowed on Dukan? I checked the packaging and there was a very small amount of carbs about 2.4g. When I cooked them there was absolutely no fat in them. I ate them with my scrambled egg and they were lovely but now I am panicking, as I always do, at whether they were allowed!!!

i eat the burgers a lot on pp days and have made a casserole with the sausages once on a pv day and dont have any problems with them

Let us know how your weigh in goes. Those sort of foods are tolerated items, for cruise only, and only if you're satisfied with your weight loss. They should be pricked and well cooked

i get mines from tesco.... the sausages were nice in a casserole but i think they could be a bit dry to eat on their own as venisons quite a dry meat

Just found this thread - really fancy a sausage!! The nearest Tesco is about a mile and a half walk so I get exercise and something yummy

I grilled mine and found them too dry. So like Ellie said, best in a casserole x

Not tried the sausages but I love the burgers, sainsbury do them as well.
