Very low syn hotpot

Hi all, Who likes hot pot?.
Well then put trimmed beef cubes,mixed herbs and carrots, proper fresh peas, swede, parsnip, onions, kitchen sink, beef stock. Cook in your slow cooker or on the hob, put into casserole dish arrange sliced cooked potato on top spray with fry light mill pepper and salt over the top in oven highest setting till Golden brown.
There you go hot pot. Serve with red cabbage and real savoy cabbage yummy

That sound lovely. I reckon it's syn free on extra easy as long as the beef is lean.
