    Hubby out and I have just talked myself out of a bowl of cornflakes.

    I'm really proud of myself, hope to be back in ketosis tomorrow.

    A tip for all of you out there, don't try to paint your nails whilst wearing a slendertone !!!!! one strong contraction and it was all up my toe (that will teach me to try to do 2 jobs at once) LOL

    Yes it will - so the point where you will feel horrid if you DON'T drink loads of water. I've hardly had any today (stupid me!) and feel sooooo tired!!!!!!!!!
