hi, am fairly new to this forum and just realized that there is a rosmary conley thread.
i am not going to a class ,but i like the low fat way of losing weight

nearly 20 years ago when i was 35 i got the rosmary conley hip and thigh fatfree diet book , i think it was her first book (not sure)anyway at that time the book said that it was 4% fat , i lost a stone in 3 months and quite liked the low fat way of eating , i notice now she says its 5% fat , i think that is better as there are more things to choose from.Anyway i am back to losing some weight again and i have lost about 4lb in the last few weeks
