It seems very quiet around here? doesnt seem to be many folks low carbing which i find strange. From what ive read its the only way forward! im gonna stick around anyways do a little research and hopefully pick up some good pointers, chowwww x

Lots of people here (maybe even most?) are doing low carb in one form or another. It's just that they have diaries in various places and probably don't come to this particular section section of the forum. In fact, RawrGirl thinks this is her first time here, lol. She usually is in her diary, her friend's diaries, challenge threads, that sort of thing.
