Hi everyone.
New today. Still trying to find my way around the site. Looking forward to being able to have a pretty footer on my pages etc.
Started low carb today. I'm trying to stick to 20g or under per day.
If anyone would be so kind as to read over my diary for today I would really appreciate it.
Breakfast - 2 slices of bacon, 4 mushrooms, 4 cherry tomatoes, 3 eggs scrambled, 1 tbsp. olive oil. Total = 1g carb
Lunch - Lamb steak, lettuce, peas shoots, 20g peas, spinach, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, broccoli, 1 tbsp. light mayo. Total = 8.5g carb
Dinner - pork, 100g mashed swede, 50g asparagus. Total = 8.5g carb.
Daily total = 18g.
Lots of water and Pepsi Max throughout the day.
