    Hey Guys,
I posted this on another thread and never really had much feedback.
Has anyone ever tried out these vibrating plates that you stand on, supposed to give you the equivalent of 1hr resistance training at the gym in 10 mins ???

I am interested to see what the results were as i desperatly need to tone up some areas and hope this will help ;)

I use it for stretch/massage, particularly of my calves and hamstrings. It's fine for that, don't really have an opinion on using it for toning.

I have used them at the gym, it certainly makes you feel like you have worked out. However, sometimes it makes you need to loo (TMI - sorry)

I had to use it as part of my training for a qualification and I found that it feels really weird at first and it can make your head feel kinda dizzy if you turn it too high. So only stick it to a suitable level to start with and I found doing bodyweight squats was really effective on the machine. I would only use it for small amounts as it takes a while to get used too.
