I've been reading so much about these power plates lately and they seem to be really coming down in price. The cheapest one now is £150. Alot of the gyms are getting them in too.

Supposedly you stand on the power plate and it vibrates thereby shaking you all over which in turn contracts all of your muscles really quickly. I think you can do basic lunges etc on them for extra oomph and 15 mins is equivalent to an hour in the gym or something along those lines.

I would like to know if anybody has used one and what sort of results they have had.
