Vicky - when you say you're going to diet Vicky style during the week, then have Fri, Sat and Sun off (think that's what you said but can't see it now I've hit reply, duh!), can you be sure you'll lose and not simply maintain? Leastwise, that was my maintenance plan before - actually only Sat and Sun "off"...
The "trouble" with low carb dieting is that we lose quickly initially, and regain quickly if we fall off the wagon... and so if planning on falling off on a weekly basis, won't that cause a stale mate situation? Just a thought!
Please don't go Vicky... as far as I know, only Anja and you have reached target on this diet, and I know things have been tough for you since getting there (not diet related)... watching Anja succeed so well in Conso is very motivating to me right now too (particularly as I'm trying to help a French girl who's just blown her Conso out of the water by having a two week binge!)...
Is it carbs making us feel under the weather? I wonder! I feel a bit brighter today, but not "right" either... and you've been feeling unwell for a while now.
