no zumba for me on monday apparently if you dont get there for half five you cant get in! and Ill never get there for then so might do keep fit on a monday evening instead
the pics before were my southern fried chicken and hot hot chilli, these are green thai curry and meatloaf and some choco bars from aldi only 5g carbs each
Not really much mess Jaq id it in bags to coat. tin was a bit of a mare to clean after but ill foil it next time (actually making more on saturday). was delish
It all looks very fancy to me. I have just about mastered the art of sticking things in an oven and leaving them there, all the marinades and curries a bit above my level. V. impressed!
