yes its freezing isnt it. Ive just filled my bottle from the water cooler its icy!

I have 2 bottles on the go, so ones warming up while I drink the other one... makes quite a bit of difference when its room temperature!

You burn more calories when its cold dont you?

Yr body burns calories trying to heat itself up, not sure it burns calories drinking cold water?
