yes im having a glass of wine. had a babybel before to line my stomach. hannah is snoring her head off, the other two have eventually calmed down and the pups are squeaking. 2 weeks of careful looking after and fingers crossed. then 6 weeks of cleaning up poo!
and i really dont think i could put my dogs through this again. so of course ill have to keep one.
either miss pink, miss yellow or miss orange

Mrs quail was the better half of our pair of quail (of course lol)
She sort of went off her feet on Monday and died yesterday, she was lovely and now Mr quail is crying, I think hes crying , hes making a really high pitched calling sound anyway looking for her, its so sad I hope can get him another mrs quail.

morning peeps. i got a couple of hours sleep until 1 then i came to do my shift until 6 when i had stinking hedache so shoved bf downstairs and had hr in bed. im tired!!! and emotional lol.
The thermostat in bedroom radiator doesnt seem to be working, i cant turn it down and with having the heating on 24hrs its not fun in there!!! dont think ill be doing exercise today, think it will probably kill me! need to sort out a routine but that prob wont happen till sunday/monday. Not going to give myself grief over it and my lb gain this week. Will be eating well from now on, and will try and take the girls out (not the nursing one) for couple of walks when someone here to pup watch.
ive got 2 weeks to lose 4 lb! come on girls - motivation required to get there.

1lb gain after last weekend and last night is a RESULT! (surely?) That's how I look at it anyway!

So lovely to see the little ones... are those "real" collars? soooo tiny... you must be in 7th heaven (aside from the vet's bill, OUCH! will pet insurance cover any?)

You're obviously off work today, worry not about exercise in that sort of heat... hope we'll see a menu from you for today...

I wish I was there to help out (with the cuddles...). We had to bottle feed one of our kittens, and with six feeding, often that one missed out, so lots to do I know... Is Hannah enjoying herself? I bet she is!

yes hannah seems ok, very protective and cleaning them. got 2 weeks of worry i think then pups should be ok.

We "numbered" the kittens in order of their arrival, but easier as all different colours! My one was number four, the only girl... number six was the little runt - really teeny - and we took turns in bottle feeding. He survived and is thriving, I hear!

Vicky - I don't understand your query at the end (did you swear?!)? Perhaps check with the vet's surgery?

i didnt put that someone must have changed it lol. i meant female dogs!

Phone the surgery but apparently they have to write that on medication (well assuming its the same reasons for humans) because of the moral indications with testing, they cant test on lactating females if they are actually feeding pups/babies, so they have to write that on, its probably safe enough but I would double check just in case
