how you doing?
ive lost lb this morning so only 1lb off posted weight. fingers crossed please i want the fairy this week.
My legs are still hurting bad lol. but arms not so bad after all those weights last night (davina was only using 1.5kg weights i had 3kg ones!) but seriously have started to notice my stomach getting toned and my arms already! (all hail the shake weight!!!!)
can really feel my shape changing and my trousers (size 12) fit perfectly (all but one pair of bl*8dy jeans - but will get there by goal)
So am advocating exercise, especially toning and aerobic exercise to all. Come on girls and boy get exercising more than the walking!!!!
