Not happy. Im just calling them now as ive just checked on line and its told me that the order has been cancelled...........FUMING

Im on hold while she checks again! She told me it was because the card details didnt match up to my details then checked and guess what ........they do! Im going to scream if she puts me on hold one more time

Now shes just told me i passed the credit check???? then she told me the details were taken down wrong. This is the 2nd time its gone wrong. She is calling me back with an answer and she WILL be told to cancel the order and refund my money as im taking my business to a company that wont mess me about and one that doesnt employ imcompitent monkeys!

I hate that... its amazing how it always seems to happen tho, there is a problem which they couldn't possibly call you about & then amazingly its all sorted when you happen to question it!!!
