no more eyes open yet. shake weight and 30 (yes 30) mins step!!!!!! when i start i keep clock watching thinking omg i have 25 mins left etc, but when it gets to when ive decided to stop i could keep going.
oh and im back in ketosis! ive been eating more carbs than usual with the yoghurts etc but sticks are pink! will be staying in ketosis now until goal.
next week WI will be thursday as I have my friends daughter (i call her my little sister) coming to stay and meet her new pup so wont be on friday/sat maybe back on sunday xxx

Im back to posted weight this morning! well pleased. just does show that if go carb crazy it can come off.

MOTs are annual over there aren't they? And, something which has always surprised me, if they "find something", they can repair it! (Kind of in their interest to find something!!)

ah yes Jo. No they cant repair it then and there I dont think and you can go to a different garage to get it repaired.
Its so unlike me to be so disorganised i was quite shocked!

Yes you CAN go elsewhere but, in reality, we're all too busy and chances are most of us would say "do it"!

Over here, the MOT centres aren't garages. They're independent test centres only. They cannot make repairs. If you fail, you HAVE to take your car to the garage of your choice, then return to the test centre.

Far more "neutral" I think...

(When other half first moved here, we had a UK registered car and had to keep an eye on the MOT date etc... I hated it cos I'd never driven a right hand drive before!)

Over here we just call one and make an appt. Only costs about £30.

Jo there is an independant test centre near me. he is really good. But i go to my bosses friends garage and if anything does need doing my BF can do it How long do we get to get repairs done?

Think is 1 or 2 weeks so you get a free re test.
Im really lucky, mark used to be a mechanic so he does all the work. If its too time consuming for him we have a great guy that is VERY trust worthy and will only do what it needs for a great price.........even cheaper for cash ;0)

Sorry hun i need to rant and know your all here.
3rd bloody time, ive just checked my delivery on line and its been cancelled again! Same flippin reason. Im about to scream or cry, dont know which one yet! Im cancelling it now as ive seriously had enough and im writing to head office.
