have put on a miraculous 4lb since this morning! just hoping ill be up every 20 mins tonight weeing it out lol

Ive put on 3lbs since this morning, I hardly ate a thing either today GGGGGRRR
 
You girls :) I NEVER weigh after the morning weigh in....god that'd kill my motivation in a split second...

for me it's first thing in a morning - dressed in my freshly laundered birthday suit ;-)

ooh and after my morning wee and before food or drink....works every time :)
 
ooh ps I want a shake weight, really impressed by inchlosses this month and weightloss, so getting ready to tone up what's left after cruise :)
 
I lost all my weight this morning :) did have to get up at 4.30 for a number two though lol! that must have helped. the stomach massage technique really works.

Ok i still have bingo wings but they are solid now not flapping around lol!
come on fairy come to me, come to me, 2 lbs loss in 2 days you can do it :D :D

well done for getting up for a number two.. (the alternative just doesn't bear thinking about!)

Window Washing: This targets the shoulders and triceps. Do 10 circles to the right, then 10 to the left. Use this too while polishing or cleaning the bath. Slowly squat when picking up laundry, keeping back straight and heels on the floor. Don't round your upper back. Include one squat for every piece of laundry you put into the basket.
Calories burned: 200 an hour - equivalent to a bowl of cereal.
 
i know cleaning is great AND you get something at the end of it!
 
Ooh thats good, we have 2 huge windows at the front, I cleaned them inside and out! plus I polished everywhere and took clothes upstairs 3 times (GGGRRR), just about to go and change the sheets on our bed now
