Photos or some kind of elaborate printing - a bit like potato prints![]()
its a commercial thing to make people spend money and feel as though you should spend money. families who never see each other or hate each other come together at xmas cos they HAVE to whereas IF they really wanted to see each other there is all year.what is it you hate about xmas in particular vicky? x
its a commercial thing to make people spend money and feel as though you should spend money (don't fall for it). families who never see each other or hate each other come together at xmas cos they HAVE to whereas IF they really wanted to see each other there is all year(Don't see 'em if you don't like 'em [sarah's motto]).
I have to take time off work using MY holidays cos they shut down (get a job as a hotel admin - you'll never get xmas off again) when i would prefer to take my holidays during the warmer times (or alternatively go to a warmer place during xmas break on hols) not just to sit at home all day bored crapless (look into what's on out and about and do something else) and having to spend money on heating cos im at home (do some voluntary at a soup kitchen/church thing - they can keep you warm then
). christmas songs are rubbish (no remedy for this except ear plugs and not listening to commercial radio stations), christmas films are worse (am I the only one who manages to find horror films during xmas..what are tv companies on?!), everyone overindulges even after the promise to themselves to be good..no the feast lasts for days cos they is just another box of quality street left(Don't buy it-can't eat it). then everyone feels the need to start that diet in jan!(Diet through it
)
wait till you all get xmas cards.... my puppies (potato printing style) with a couple of dog hairs around the nipples...what a treat!
