Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

another quiet day on here!
at work ive had 3 black coffees 1 green tea and 2 litres of water. so deffo back on my water intake (i cant stop yawning though)
home to have dinner and then irritate the lodger with the squeaky cross trainer. will prob be another early night for me - im a hibernator in winter!
 
I've spent my day on ebay & my backs killing!

I'm really struggling with water today not even done 750ml yet!
 
can i just say i am eating my lunch and omg its gorgeous. highly recommended!

What did you have? I made a cracker last night - fried pork steak, smeared a bit of dijon mustard on it, then in the same pan mixed spinach and mushrooms in double cream and plonked it on the pork. Mmmm :)

how did you cook your pork belly the other day? i got some yesterday.
i had lamb, rocket, blue cheese and olive salad x
 
Mmm I love lamb.

I sliced the pork belly into chunks and fried in lemon olive oil, then put on top of spinach and dolloped mayo on it - my usual sauce, quick, easy, low carb :)
 
susie that sounds lovely. how long do you fry it for? sorry never used it before.

done 10 mins step and another 13 mins cross trainer. so 28 mins exercise today :) (plus 100 leg masters and shake weight this morning)

freezing here today :( and real foggy. makes it hard to drink ice cold water I tell you!
nothing much exciting to tell - solicitors got instructions for me to start divorce, erm my boss is still in a sh*t mood, scales are still 2lb from weekend and I was good!
Looking forward to going to peterborough on saturday to meet friends (friends i met on the internet i might add ;) on a dachshund site - have known them for years now!) and one always leads me astray like york earlier in the year LOL. Going to be as good as i can be but not expecting much lol. just as long as i get on the right train and dont end up in edinburgh!

Brain obviously frazzled... a little birdie told me you were trying to recruit my Dukan people to switch to Atkins... ;)

I'd understand if we were paid! (oooh perhaps you are and I've been doing it for free?!!!)
