Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

i got wine. not having until after exercise. just had my aubergine was lovely!
 
done 15 mins step and another 16 mins cross trainer. :) hot hot hot. lost 1/2 inch off each thigh and 1/2 inch off hips and 1/2 inch off stomach - must do sit ups!!!!
 
thanks babe. also got voucher for prezzo on sat so can be good :) fancying the chicken wings for starter and the chicken gorgonzola for after :) ill be well impressed with myself if i have that!
 
Sounds good - never been to prezzo - you recommend it then?

Bren thanks - never been to prezzo before but my friend says its good and voucher for buy one main meal and get another for £1 cant be missed.

B - 3 x bacon and 2 x poached eggs
L - burgers and rocket salad and curry mayo oh and olives
D - chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese (tesco) and asparagus
w - 2 litres + black coffee and green teas
a - probably mum is round tonight
ex - nowt :)

scales were nice this morning, just need more off for tomorrow morning (please fairy ive been real good)
 
I will thanks hun. He was sick after some water but then asked for cereal and an apple and has eaten that ok. Fingers crossed it stays down.
I cant believe im such a bad mother! He was so ill last night i forgot i was meant to be at parents evening for the "bad" pre school. Its not a problem though as we took his work book into the good school and showed them. They are not allowed to say anything bad but it appears that they are not logging things properly! We had decided not to listen to the bad school anyway and just see it as a place he goes to run around with his friends rather than a place to learn!
 
On nights tomorrow. Hes not allowed to school in the morning as they say 48hrs after sickness has stopped. No need for drs yet hun as its viral and nothing they will do that im not already. Its a waiting game unless he gets really bad and dehydrated

well if he has cereal he must be a little better. fingers and paws crossed he keeps it down.
 
Thanks guys. Im not actually worried in the slightest as the fab school has told me how hes doing and im very proud.
 
I like to think so with other kids but dont seem to look at my own in that way.
Oh how funny is this. Chilli has eaten her toy so the bell came out and she it playing with it. All i can hear is the bell jingling. She keeps throwing it in the air then chasing it and doing it again, my dogs a nutter!
