morning peeps. I didnt have naughties yesterday had my lovely meatloaf - ill put pics on tomorrow. im about 3-4lbs up on wi on thursday

yes arse kicking needed here. didnt do any exercise yesterday either. slept pants last night and woke feeling sick and miserable this morning too! still never came out of ketosis though!
B - 2 x eggs
L - meatloaf (yum) green leaves and pukumber with a little mayo
D - fillet steak, aubergine and camembert melted
s - nothing - maybe some nuts or something later
w - lots and lots and green tea and black coffees
ex - am 100 leg masters, shake weight and 7 mins cross trainer. pm - going to try for at least 30 mins cross trainer/step.
ive got no more nights/days out planned until xmas so im hoping i can control myself and be at goal for then x
(but what a fantastic day I had on saturday!)
