Thanks for the coat ideas but they are too pretty. I think weare all under the illusion that a film set is all pretty...........Look at my new fb photos and you'll soon see! That mixed with the freezing cold and you'll see why they are too pretty! Oh and lets not forget the plaster dust!

morning Peeps - had stupid computer this morning kept crashing every time i opened up sage!
still cold here today and the thunder and lightening last night was very very frightening! LOL
got yacky ketosis taste in my mouth all the time at the moment - been like that for the last couple of weeks. is it extra fat burning LOL
snotty and bloated this morning - scales were ok but the water on them was massively over what i usually have. hate being a woman sometimes!

hmmm exercise. well didnt do any last night and didnt get up early enough to do any this morning. im having a couple of days break! and will blame myself entirely if i dont get a decent loss this week.

Well ive done my xmas shop at Asda Online -not that i need much but still managed to spend a fortune! lots of sossies, cheese, chicken, alcohol and dog food lol. that should see me over the xmas period! oh got some black pudding too. Itll be coming week before xmas too

omg going home was a mare - blizzard started again and coming back - i got stuck on the drive - slid all over. of it carries on much longer ill be taking hol and leaving early. the industrial estate im on is like an ice ring - you just hold your breath and hope you stop skidding im still shaking - i hate this

Thats a good body fat my lovely see you are thin and gorgeous (well you're gorgeous anyway you know what I mean!). I would be scared to see my body fat but it's all in a good cause!
I've just driven back in blizzard with the 2 girls I hate it too (no chance of a drink for me though!). Hope you get home safely xxxx
