Google says anxiety attacks for everything. I'd go with Jim's theory of an irritated nerve. My mum has arthritis in her neck and gets that head pain at times. She's nearly eighty. What age are you again Vicky?

hardly slept last night at all. woke at 2 couldnt sleep so finished my book off. then tried to sleep again and brain just going over and over rubbish all the time. think i must have fallen asleep for a bit cos had dream bout me being in a plane to switzerland but it did an emergency landing. then luna was a rat!

b - 1 1/2 eggs (gave 1/2 to the girls)
L - meatloaf and salad again
D - what i was supposed to have last night....didnt eat it had some cheese instead. (actually looks like i ate a beach ball and feels like i did too)
ex - trying to stay awake
s - nothing
a - im not sure
w - yes lots and lots and lots to get rid of this beach ball belly

I had mumps (for the 2nd time) at 27 years old... felt fine, came to work, and was promptly sent home by the horrified men on my floor! Had a cushy two weeks off... (actually studied hard for my theory driving test and got that sorted!). But yes, I was told at the time, that you can have it a second time IF you don't get a full blown version when young. (and how would we know if we'd had a full blown version or not?!)...

Or might you have an abscess in a tooth? I've had that too!! aaah!
