morning peeps. Yes ill be keeping everyone updated with Cheryls antics
wierd and wonderful dreams last night.

freezing here - oh has managed to get up to 12 deg in office now

B - bacon and mush egg muffin
L - roast chicken (yey) and rocket and chilli mayo (my lord it hot!)
D - aubergine roasted with chilli cheese and blue cheese
s - try not to but do have egg mayo in fridge at home if im hungry
ex - prob not... (motivate me!)
a - nope
w - yes and black coffees.
