Now now girls what have we started! lol. Im not doing much hun just making phone calls trying to drum up some business ;0)
Diet ..... what diet! Lol. No im just watching what i eat but not counting the carbs. Had bacon and eggs for brekkie though.

What did you think of it (the crash diet thing - only saw the 2nd half and Jane Horrocks voice was going right through me!)

I recorded the crash diet thing, might watch this afternoon if I'm not too busy. I shouldn't be on here as I've got things to do!

I found the woman presenting really annoying! It was an alright programme but I don't think gave an unbiased view of diets.... I did like the fact they didn't poo-poo the fact that they are better than staying fat!

Oh i couldnt believe that. funny thing was she felt thinner before she went on the scales!!!! that girl on cambridge looked like she was having hair loss problems, sure put me off that!
will be interesting with dukan next week - im surprised atkins sint on but i bet they will slag it off somehow!


oh bum - got an awful metal/scraping rattling noise on my car - sounds like someone has stuck a metal coathanger under my car and its dragging it along (they havent ive checked). more expense
